Maintenance Technician – Leisure in Montana

Leisure in Montana is a locally owned company servicing the Billings and surrounding areas. We offer pools, spas, patio furniture, pool & spa maintenance, as well as chemicals for residential and commercial customers. We are looking for a team member that is energetic and eager to learn the various areas of the business. Normal hours of business are from 8:30am – 5pm, Monday through Friday.

Summary of position: This is a highly independent position, requiring self-motivation, the ability to schedule and maintain said schedule and a desire to work independently in our client backyards. Learn the chemistry and maintenance regimen for residential pools and spas in the area and maintain them per our contract. This will require the ability to be coached and a willingness to learn. This position works closely with the homeowner and should be prepared to suggest more effective methods and introduce new tools when they become available. Sales of major equipment outside of standard maintenance may result in a bonus, allowing you to grow your position as you grow our customer base. As you develop your skills, you will have the opportunity to learn pool and spa repair, as well as delivery of new spas. Must have the flexibility to work occasional overtime.

Qualifications: You must meet the minimum age requirement to drive a company vehicle, have a clean driving record and be drug free. Have a technical mind, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic. Must be able to physically lift 100 pounds and have the mobility to assist moving heavy products.
