Executive Chef for Fast Casual Indian Food Startup
We are a new Fast Casual concept specializing in Health Conscious Indian Food for a fast-casual style concept.
We are looking for the right executive chef who can help us:
Strategic crafting of the core menu including selecting key suppliers
Outlining the core equipment requirements for the commercial kitchen venue
Recruiting & managing the culinary staff to prepare & package the food at high quality on-time for delivery
Ensuring high quality, delicious food, in an A-grade for hygeine kitchen is maintained
We are able to offer:
Competitive base salary for the NYC area and we plan on offering equity (ownership) of the business vested over time as well as a bonus scheme based on performance.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in handling creation of Indian Food at larger scale (imagine 300 orders per day)
- Prior experience managing kitchens with high delivery volume
- Prior experience in fast casual concepts
