Warehouse Associate

## Overview

A small ecommerce business for supplements and measuring scoops in Dallastown, PA is seeking someone for production, shipping, inventory, data entry, and general tasks. This is a dynamic role that requires many hats–an ideal job if you like variety in your work.

## Responsibilities

Amazon FBA replenishment

Prepping work orders for co-manufacturers using production planning

Order fulfillment

Material handling

Customer service (mostly written channels)

General data entry

Updating and improving product listings

Communicating with and delegating work to freelancers/gig workers

Product packaging as needed

Similar tasks as assigned

## Required Experience

Familiarity with data entry using Google Sheets, Excel, or Airtable

Customer service experience with strong written communication (support tickets/emails)

## Preferred Experience

These are not required, but more hours are available with these skills:

Writing experience in a professional setting. For example, product copy, ad writing, or technical writing.

Basic image editing experience (GIMP, Photoshop, or Canva).

Familiarity with editing marketplace listings (eBay, Amazon, WooCommerce, or Shopify).

Communicating with and delegating work to freelancers/gig workers.

Advanced Google Sheets or Airtable experience.

Touch typing at 40+ words per minute.

## Additional Requirements

A valid driver's license for transporting a few bins weekly to and from the co-manufacturer across the street. Our vehicle is available if you prefer not to use yours.

Able to lift up to 65lbs.

Able to pass a background check and a drug test

## Pay and hours

$16/hour

8 to 30 hours weekly depending on preferred working schedule and experience. The bare minimum weekly tasks only take around 8 hours, but additional tasks are available if you have the skills listed in the preferred experience section.

Here are the minimum required days due to customer service and shipping:

Mondays and Thursdays or Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays

Weekends are available to work but not required
