Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst II in the financial industry, based in the Quad Cities. The chosen candidate will be involved in a variety of tasks to serve over 350 employees.Responsibilities: Handle inquiries from customers, providing them with accurate and timely information Running and auditing BYOD (Bring your own device) compliance reports Assist in implementation of corporate and privacy policies to ensure the security and integrity of customer data Manage system backups and database backups to prevent data loss Implement disaster recovery procedures and ensure the continuity of business operations Utilize Windows configuration and deployment skills to set up and manage systems Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed Manage service desk tickets and support tickets, providing solutions to issues in a timely manner Implement new processes and systems as required to improve efficiency and service quality Manage documents and records effectively, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with regulations.Requirements Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Citrix Technologies, Database, and Active Directory management. Experience in supporting Windows and Apple Devices. Knowledge of Configuration Management and Deployments. Strong critical thinking skills. Familiarity with Corporate Policy, Privacy Policy, Policy implementation, and Policy Interpretation. Experience with System Backups, Database Backup, Data Backup, Offsite Backup, Backup Technologies, Backup planning, and Backup administration. Proficiency in Disaster Recovery, Disaster Recovery Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery Plan. Experience in System Administration, Windows configuration, Windows Deployment, Windows Desktop Operating System, Windows Environment, and Windows Remote Desktop. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Enterprise, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook. Experience in Auditing and Risk-based internal auditing. Excellent client communication skills. Experience in Service Desk Tickets and Support Tickets handling. Familiarity with Implementation, Implementation roadmaps, Process implementation, and Project Implementation. Proficient in Document Management.Must be able to pass a CLEAR background check and a credit check.
