Dear Applicant,
We are a well established property management company in the Inland Empire and we are
currently looking to add a new member to our team!
We are seeking a level entry + candidate who is willing to learn about property management and
grow with us. You must be detail oriented, have excellent communication skills, be able to multi
task and not be afraid to take the bull by the horns.
Job Responsibilities:
Process rent payments
Rent collections
Answer phones
Data entry
Draft notices
Issue work orders
Communicate with tenants, property owners and vendors
Basic accounting
Other administrative duties as necessary.
We would like the candidate to have the following skills:
Phone reception
Basic computer knowledge - Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
The ability to set priorities
Experience with Appfolio and/or previous property management experience is very helpful.
Working hours are from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday with an hour set aside for lunch.
