A friendly and customer-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our dance studio team. You will be the first point of contact for our students, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy working with families from our community, are solutions-oriented and thrive working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Check and return voicemails.
- Answer emails.
- Attention to detail with sales, documentation, and communication with staff and customers.
- Collect and record payments.
- Monitor and tidy studio, including bathrooms.
- Register new students, set up introductory lessons, and schedule makeup lessons.
- Attend staff meetings.
- Liaison between students, parents, staff, and management.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Maintain accuracy in member accounts and good communication with customers.
- Resolve customer issues, questions, and concerns.
- Support our students and staff.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with email, internet, Excel, Google Sheets, Zoom
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Customer service and/or small-business service experience preferred
- Knowledge of Canva design program is a plus
