COME INTO GOLF SHOP TO FILL OUT APPLICATION

Customer service: Greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner, and providing excellent customer service

Golf carts: Ensuring carts are clean, well-maintained, fully stocked, and operational

Cart assistance: Loading golf clubs into carts, checking out carts to members, and ensuring they are returned in good condition

Other services: Providing range balls, responding to guest requests, and assisting with special requests

Facility maintenance: Keeping work areas clean and orderly, and maintaining the driving range and putting green

Collaboration: Working closely with other staff members to ensure smooth operations

Customer service

Greet visitors, check them in, and answer questions. Provide friendly and efficient service, and recognize regular customers.

Shop management

Keep the shop clean and organized. Maintain merchandise displays, and work with golf professionals to rotate inventory. Follow cash handling procedures.

Helping golfers

Assist members and guests with equipment and other needs. Make tee times, and run the first tee efficiently. Promote products, and upsell to achieve sales goals
