Warehouse General Staff

WE ARE LOCATED IN WALPOLE, MA

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our warehouse team as General Staff. This position plays a vital role in our daily operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our warehouse environment.

$20-22 to start.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in receiving and unloading shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders or invoices.

- Sort, label, and store merchandise according to company standards.

- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently based on provided packing slips.

- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and responsibly.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse spaces and equipment.

- Perform regular inventory counts and assist in cycle counting activities.

- Assist in loading and unloading trucks for shipments and deliveries.

-Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

- Support other warehouse staff and supervisors as needed.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required.

- Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods. Typically, up 80lbs.

- Basic math and counting skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks such as picking and packing orders.

- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

- Team player with good communication skills.

- Must have valid driver's license and ability to drive small box truck. CDL not required.

- Ability to drive forklift is a plus.

Education and Certifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
