Maintenance assistant/foreman

Maintenance assistant/foreman wanted. Local non-profit is looking for a person with basic, plumbing, electrical, and drywall knowledge for it's home modification program. While the majority of work is done, Monday to Friday, occasionally there will be a need to work on short notice during off hours. Tools and materials will be provided, but solid transportation to get you to and from work a must. Reliability, capable of work on your own, and the ability to supervise others are mandatory. Pay will be determined based on experience.
