Property Management Maintenance Handyman - Jersey City

We are a property management company, and we are looking to hire a maintenance handyman who can handle basic service calls from our tenants.

This includes Snaking drains, patching, painting, repairing and installing lights, repairing leaks, organizing key, and more.

This requires a understanding of carpentry, basic plumbing, & basic electrical. As well as the ability to stay organized to schedule with tenants, track material receipts, log the hours on the job, and take photos/videos of the job.

Qualifications:

- Previas experience as a handyman.

- Ability to schedule, and communicate with tenants.

- A car.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed.
