Commercial Roofing Service Technician

Qualifications:

-Able to lift 50 lbs.

-Able to work with minimum of Supervision.

-Experience with built-up, single-ply, PVC, cold process, metal work.

-Clean driving record required.

-Must pass job-related criminal background Check.

-Must pass pre-employment drug screen.

-Must be able to communicate with Customers.

-Able to provide written descriptions of work completed & problems detected (for job tickets).

-Willing to respond to emergency service calls during off-hours & weekends.

-Willing to work overtime

-Willing to work in all kinds of weather.

-Must have record of good work, reliability.

Duties include:

-Follow Company safety rules and maintain safe working practices at all times.

-Must be able to track, locate and repair roof defects to stop leaks.

-Perform roof repairs, install and flash penetrations, flashing connected with new installations of rooftop units.

-Maintain high work quality and proper housekeeping practices.

-Maintain adequate inventory of materials and tools in assigned vehicle.

-Perform various other tasks as directed.

-Maintain proper dress code.

-Direct the work of assigned Assistant Technician.
