Barista- Neighborhood Coffee Kiosk

Global Delights is currently looking to add a new member to our team!

We are currently only considering baristas with 2 years+ experience

We are only reviewing resumes physically dropped off through our kiosk, please meet our team and try our coffee.

We are a fast paced, drive-through coffee kiosk in the River Road neighborhood. We strive to provide delicious beverages for our customers as well as an experience worth remembering. Our coffee is organic and locally roasted at our roasterie located in West Eugene.

Barista Job Description:

General Barista functions include preparing a variety of coffee and espresso beverages, blended drinks, along with local pastries, muffins and other pantry products in a fast paced environment. This position requires excellent customer service skills along with a professional positive attitude, to ensure that customers leave completely satisfied.

Job Specifications:

Ability to handle stress under pressure.

Physical ability to stand during a full shift (up to six hours.)

Use technical equipment such as espresso machines and grinders.

Accurately exchange money with customers.

Willingness to maintain a clean, healthy, and safe working environment.

Our ideal team member would have:

At least two years of barista experience (Required)

Food Handlers Card (Required)

18+ (Required)

Open availability, be able to work 25-30 hours a week, including weekends and holidays

Experience working well in a team as well as individually.

Pay: $14.70 plus tips (Plus Monthly Bonuses)
