Sub Needed Painter/ Handyman - Weekly Payout

Subcontractors needed for multiple apartment renovation projects. Must be able to do the following:

- Painting

- Drywall Repairs

- Vinyl Plank Flooring

- Cabinet Install/Refacing

MUST HAVE (don't call unless you have these):

- Registered business

- General Liability Insurance

- Workers Comp Insurance

- UNBRANDED vehicle

- All necessary tools
