The Pennsylvania State University, York Campus, is seeking a part-time lecturer to teach courses supporting Penn State York's Information Technology and Cyber degrees. Subject matter includes courses in programming (CMPSC 101, CMPSC 201, CMPSC 221), IT project management (IST 302), Systems Analysis and Design (IST 260W), Discrete Math (IST 230) to support the Information Technology degree program. Opportunities to teach courses in Cybersecurity are also available.Detailed course descriptions appear in the Penn State Bulletin (bulletins.psu.edu).Candidates should meet the following qualifications:
A minimum of a master`s degree in an appropriate discipline from an accredited institution is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Prior teaching experience is strongly preferred.A teaching demonstration will be required as part of the on-campus interview.
