General Handyman Needed

General contracting company in need of a reliable Handyman to assist superintendent of our new home builds. You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are valued greatly in this job. Pay will be based on experience.

Responsibilities:

Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks

Identify and report the need for major repairs

Finish Carpentry Experience

Window and window trim install

LVT repairs

Skills:

Proven experience as handyman

Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment

Attention to detail
