EXPERIENCED SOLAR SALES REPS & MANAGERS NEEDED - REMOTE OK

Seeking experienced solar sales reps and managers asap.

Extremely lucrative comp plan with overrides and rev share pools. Multiple 6 figure income potential for experienced pros. Reps that prove themselves will have the ability to build a team nationally with 7 figure income potential.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years experience as full time solar sales rep

2. Minimum 20% closure ratio verifiable

3. Ability to self-gen leads or bring a book of business with you

4. Ability to self-gen proposals and knowledge of at least 1 major solar software platform

5. Ability to close via Zoom or in home

6. Ability to sell with integrity – we will not tolerate reps taking advantage of homeowners

7. Must have worked in solar within the last 6 months

8. Must be comfortable working as a 1099 (commission only) rep
