Basic Function
To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the organization.
Responsibilities
1. Review general business climate, and adjust staffing and materials as needed.
2. Prepare business forecasts, strategies, and plans on the computer.
3. Act as a representative for community and public relations activities.
4. Perform travel responsibilities as directed such as attending trade shows.
5. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
1. Assist in developing and maintaining an effective organization through the selection, training, compensation, motivation, termination and review of all personnel.
2. Develop and maintain a program for sound employee relations with personnel at all levels of the organization.
3. Provide guidance and direction to management employees to assist in their professional development.
