CAM property manager

Experienced licensed CAM needed for busy property management office in Rockledge:) Must have experience as CAM, portfolio manager preferred. Tasks include inspection of property, attend Board meetings, interface with customers, vendors, clients and resolve matters, must have valid driver license and reliable transportation.

Demonstrate effective communication skills such as oral, written and listening skills, Possess proficiency in phone, organizational and typing skills. Need ability to meet deadlines, attention to detail and proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook, prefer 3 years + experience; must have positive attitude, can multi task and be flexible with duties.
