Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 2:00 pm

Responsibilities:

Writes Monthly Menus

Preps and Serves Food

Properly stores foods in designated areas following wrapping, dating and rotation procedures.

Aids in Clean Up

Interacts with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards and inventory

Must follow all HACCP and Serv-Safe food handling procedures.

Requirements:

General culinary knowledge of basic kitchen practices and procedures.

2 years of equivalent experience working in a high volume restaurant kitchen

Understanding of typical culinary units of measure

Fingerprinting and cleared background check required for employment
