FARM HAND

As a Farm Hand, you will play a crucial role in the cultivation and maintenance of our plants. You will work closely with our cultivation team to ensure that our crops are healthy, thriving, and ready for harvest. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn about cultivation practices.

Responsibilities

- Assist with planting, watering, and harvesting plants.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grow area and farm equipment.

- Monitor plant health and report any issues to the cultivation team.

- Implement pest management and organic farming practices.

- Assist with the application of nutrients and fertilizers as directed.

- Support daily farm operations including trimming and packaging.

- Follow all safety and compliance protocols related to cultivation.

- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.

Skills

- Previous experience in agriculture, horticulture, or cultivation preferred, but not required.

- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

- Willingness to learn about cannabis cultivation and best practices.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
