Description:You will be the Full Stack Engineering Manager for the DevSecOps team, which work the pipelines in support of Advanced Development Programs. The teams are composed of an agile DevSecOps team structure that develop through software innovation and modernization.What You Will Be DoingAs the Full Stack Engineering Manager, your responsibilities will include: Work force management (re-assignments and placements, recruitment and selection of new employees and terminations) and personnel management (training, mentoring, career development, performance and compensation, and promotions).
