HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR III - AUSTIN UP TO $4K HIRING BONUS

TDS is currently offering a Hiring Bonus of up to $4,000 for the following position:

Heavy Equipment Operator III $4,000 for all drivers (exclusions apply - please contact HR for details)

The Heavy Equipment Operator III will operate various types or classes of heavy equipment in order to complete construction projects. This position may also be assigned Laborer duties, when needed.

At least three years of experience operating heavy equipment;

Ability to work without direct supervision;

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, safety rules and memorandums in English;

Ability to read and understand stakes;

Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations;

Ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as being able to work independently with attention to detail;

Leadership skills;

Reliable transportation; and

Available to work weekend or holiday shifts, as scheduled.

High school diploma or equivalent;

Basic mechanical knowledge;

First Aid or CPR training; and

Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL) – High quality attribute.

Valid Texas Class C Driver’s License;

Safe driving record for the past three years
