Lawn Care Crew Member

At Macario Brothers, we’re a lawn care company dedicated to enhancing the natural beauty of the residential properties in and around the Alamo Ranch area. Since 2015, we have been providing top-notch services to our customers thanks to our incredible team. As our company grows, we need more hands on deck. We are looking to add a Lawn Mowing Crew Member to our Macario Brothers team.

All applicants for our Landscape Crew position must live in San Antonio, Texas or a nearby area.

Duties:

Being at work on time, every day, and in a clean uniform.

Clocking in and out correctly every day – EVERY TIME

Keep the work vehicle in a clean & orderly appearance.

Tools are organized, clean, sharp, and in overall good working condition.

Ask the Crew Leader for direction and instructions.

Look for the most efficient and safe way to perform the job.

Continue to learn new skills and materials that will propel him to the next level.

Position Requirements:

Must have landscape experience

Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Must have reliable transportation to our storage by 1604/Shaenfield

Ability to understand and carry out instructions to complete work assignments correctly and efficiently

Must be motivated and able to manage time well

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, supervisors, and other crew members

Must enjoy working outside

Must have good customer service skills

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a big plus

Starting pay $18-$20/hr for crew member positions, up to $22/hr for crew leader positions.
