On site Apartment Property Manager (full time)

Pro Florida Management is looking self-motivated, professional, experienced individuals to join our team at Parkside Apt in South Daytona. This is a 52 unit property in a nice residential area. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TASKS

Supervisor maintenance and cordinating work orders

Calling leads doing, leasing, tours and walk ins.

Screen incoming leasing inquiries and calls

Provide information about the community and apartments to prospective residents

Review all lease applications

Show available space to prospects

Troubleshoot issues with the building and its residents

Create and maintain strong relationships with residents, vendors and location community

Monitor and maintain community web presence and postings including current postings on Craigslist and other advertising sites.

Any/all duties needed for leasing and property manager.

Qualifications:

Related residential or commercial property management experience

Knowledge of computers and software such as Appflio and other basic computer programs

Detail orientated with strong organizational, communication and leadership skills

Analytical skills, ability to prioritize and work with an enthusiastic and positive attitude

Ability to exercise discretion when dealing with confidential information
