AREA MANAGER – Facilities Maintenance and Janitorial Services - Tampa - Orlando Area

COMPENSATION: $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 DOE/DOQ/Salary History - PLUS Bonuses, Commissions and Benefits.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manage day to day operations of the company’s janitorial and maintenance operations and staff. Ensure exceptional service delivery to our clients, perform, plan, schedule, direct and supervise services.

OUR COMPANY:

Established Facility Services company serving commercial clients throughout Florida, Georgia, Texas and Northeast with Janitorial Services, Pressure Washing, Cleaning Services, Facility Maintenance Services, Handyman and other services.

LOOKING FOR:

Some one who can be a "HANDS ON" leader, who is experienced, with drive and commitment to join a growing team.

Service management experience is needed, any handyman/maintenance skills/experience in general repairs is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be over 25 years of age and legally able to work in the U.S.

MUST speak English AND Spanish.

Have the necessary provable experience to discharge their duties.

Able to manage and supervise janitorial and maintenance operations.

Be a "HANDS-ON" manager who will do what it takes to get the job done.

Commitment, reliability and results focused.

MUST be able to supervise 15 to 20 locations throughout Central Florida and 20 to 30 employees.

Will be responsible for supervising:

> Cleaning, janitorial services, equipment, tools and organization.

> Handling multiple projects and locations.

> Effectively managing employees.

> Meeting with clients, following plans of action and ensuring 110% customer satisfaction.

> Flexibility in schedule and respond On-Call as needed. Salaried position: Get The Work Done.

> Candidates must have a clean and valid driver's license and clean background.

> This MUST be your primary and ONLY source of permanent employment.

SALARY AND BONUSES:

Exempt Employee – Salary Starts at $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 DOE/DOQ, annually, paid bi-weekly.

Increases based on yearly performance reviews.

Bonuses are periodically awarded based on performance, reliability, work product and dedication.

Profit sharing for right individual will be considered based on commitment, performance and results.

LANGUAGES REQUIRED:

COMPUTER LITERACY:

MUST have computer use knowledge with WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK. All company communications is on e-mail, scheduled, quotes, work instructions and client communications are on Outlook, Work or Excel. Must be able to work with these applications.
