Family Law Paralegal

We are seeking a highly experienced family paralegal.

Responsibilities:

Manage case files, starting with a detailed client questionnaire.

Prepare all required pleadings.

Draft correspondence to clients to clarify or gather additional information as needed.

Collaborate with the supervising attorney as needed. Facilitate the e-filing of all documents with appropriate courts.

Requirements:

Extensive knowledge of Florida family law, court processes, and documentation.

Proven ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.

Strong initiative and commitment to timely, high-quality work.

Ability to handle a significant volume of cases. Knowledge of Firm Central/Clio preferred.

Qualifications:

At least four years of experience in Florida family law.

Self-motivated and results-driven professional attitude.

Compensation: commensurate with experience
