Corporate Staff Accountant Position

- Minimum 5-years experience required.

- Knowledge in general ledger maintenance and preparation of internal financial statements.

- Competent in QuickBooks.

- Highly proficient in preparing various financial analyses' utilizing Excel.

- Be responsible for special projects as required.

- Process weekly payroll for approximately 100 employees. Experience in Kronos is a plus.

- Experience in conducting internal auditing on company billing functions.

- Must have general business acumen, be meticulous, have a sense of fiduciary responsibility

and have a stable employment history.

- Work experience in a CPA firm or in the construction industry is advantageous.

- Full time - Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Saturday - 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
