Houser Cleaner / Cleaning Technician

We are seeking a diligent and reliable Cleaning Technician to join our team. The Cleaning Technician will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Perform cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and washing windows

Clean and disinfect bathrooms and restock supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels

Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including sinks, countertops, appliances, and refrigerators

Empty trash containers and dispose of waste in a sanitary manner

Clean and polish furniture and fixtures

Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies

Notify management of any damages, deficits, or disturbances observed during cleaning

Adhere to the company’s quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper

Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision

Strong attention to detail

Excellent time management skills

Physical stamina and mobility

Ability to lift and move heavy objects

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in cleaning or housekeeping is a plus

Experience with industrial cleaning equipment is an advantage

Driver’s license and ability to drive to and from locations

Knowledge of safety protocols for various surfaces and materials
