Position Overview:

The HR Manager will be critical in recruiting new team members, managing payroll, and overseeing employee benefits. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Staffing:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.

Payroll Management:

- Oversee and manage the company’s payroll system.

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.

- Maintain payroll records and resolve any payroll discrepancies.

Benefits Administration:

- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to employee benefits.

- Assist employees with benefits-related questions and issues.

Employee Relations:

- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

- Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Performance Management:

- Implement performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on performance improvement.

- Support management in handling disciplinary actions and terminations.
