Decluttering, Organizing, and Cleaning Crew for grieving ADHD client

I am looking to hire a team to help me declutter my house and then also hire a cleaning crew to help me keep the house clean.

I have a 2 bedroom townhouse that needs to be decluttered and deep cleaned. I also have 2 storage units that need to be cleaned out.

I have adhd and struggle with depression. I grew up in clutter and have been struggling to break this cycle my entire life. Ive never been able to live clean and organized.

This past christmas, my father passed away suddenly. My house was already in shambles before he died and now it is filled with many of his things. I cant seem to bring myself to clean anything now.

What A I Looking For?

I need someone who is experienced in decluttering and home organizing to come here, help me go through all of this stuff, and either donate/trash/sell items. Maybe help organize a garage sale. Once the house is organized, i need a crew to deep clean it.

Going forward, i would like to have the same crew come routinely to clean the house and help me keep it tidy by recommending new storage and improvements.
