Remote Office Assistant

We are a local airport transportation company based in Petaluma. Family run business. We are looking for someone who will provide high quality customer service.

Duties include:

-answering customer calls

-booking reservations (online and over the phone)

-dispatching drivers

-maintaining our daily schedule

-processing payments

-Familiar with Marin, Sonoma, Napa, SFO, OAK, STS,

-Great Customer service provider

30-40hours a week work from home. Training may be required in person.
