Grill Cleaning and Service Technician

Job description:

I am looking for a highly motivated, hard-working Gas Grill Cleaning and Service Technician with excellent customer service skills to join my business as employee number one. It is a dirty, physical job for those who enjoy working outdoors and have an interest in BBQ grilling. I am passionate about building a home-service business offering grill cleaning and services for premium and luxury BBQ grill owners across metro Atlanta.

I am willing to train and invest in the right person.

Responsibilities:

Clean and service premium and luxury stainless steel gas grills

Communicate with the residential client/customer/homeowner

Conduct grill inspections and complete documentation

Identify and troubleshoot problems with grills

Perform basic grill repair and parts replacement

Operate and use basic electric hand tools and cleaning equipment

Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols at all times

As needed, assist with other related business tasks, including, but not limited to, business administration, grill installation, and grill assembly.

Help develop and improve SOPs and train new team members.

Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating an exceptional customer experience

Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Honesty and Trustworthiness

The successful candidate will be self-motivated and organized

Cleaning and/or detailing experience is a plus but not required

Appliance repair experience is a plus but not required

Pool Techs, Window Cleaners, and other home service experience is a plus but not required

A valid GA driver’s license with a clean MVR is required

Pass a background check - There is no point lying about this - I expect applicants to be truthful and upfront - depending on your background, we believe in second chances but will not tolerate lying on your application or interview.

References will be called.
