Are you organized, detail-oriented, and looking for a part-time position in a dynamic environment? Our real estate management office is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Office Assistant.

Position: Part-Time Office Assistant

Location: Water mill lane Great Neck NY 11021

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM

Pay: $18 - $20 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

- Filing and organizing documents

- Data entry and record maintenance

- Scheduling appointments and follow-ups

- Communicating with utility companies

- General office support tasks

Basic Skills Required:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Qualifications:

- Previous office experience preferred but not required

- Familiarity with real estate or property management is a plus

- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
