Detailer / Shop Assistant $20.50/hr - Immediate Hire

In business in Colorado since 2013, we are the longest standing hail repair and now collision specialist you’ll find here. We are independently owned and have an excellent staff in place, and are extremely busy!
If you’re an experienced detailer and looking to move out of a corporate environment into an independently owned environment, this is what you’re looking for. You’ll also have the opportunity to MOVE UP in our collision center! This a great opportunity for someone looking to improve their outlook and move up in the world.
HARD WORK WILL BE COMPENSATED! Start at $19/hour (plus overtime as needed) and move up at 30/60/90 days until you can start flagging hours like a true paint prepper.
We have an extremely high volume at the moment, and are looking for solid members to add to our team.
Responsibilities
Washing cars prior to inspection (prewash)
Detailing cars prior to customer delivery
Manage lot and ensure there are always spaces for customers to park
Maintain a clean work place, assisting with cleaning floors, equipment, and bathrooms as needed
Move cars around from location to location as needed for efficiency to get cars out quickly for the technicians
Maintain attention to what is happening with the cars in order to anticipate where it will need to go next
Help around the shop as needed moving parts, reorganizing, hanging things, and general handyman work
Will need to communicate and work well with internal employees and customers if necessary

Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record (background check prior to hire)
