Commercial Cleaner Needed-Palm Coast/Ormond/and Daytona Area

Well established and reputable commercial janitorial company looking for reliable, responsible and dedicated individuals, couples (Mother & Daughter, Husband & Wife and etc team) to work in the Palm Coast/Ormond area over the weekend. Experience with cleaning is preferred, but not needed as training is provided. Locals to Palm Coast are preferred.

THIS POSITION WILL COME WITH A VEHICLE, A GAS CARD AND WILL REQUIRE YOU DROP THE VEHICLE OFF DAILY AT A SPECIFIC LOCATION IN THE PALM COAST AREA. WE PREFER COUPLES BUT A DRIVEN INDIVIDUAL WORKS AS WELL. THERE IS ABOUT 5-8HRS OF WORK PER DAY DEPENDING ON HOW EFFICIENT YOU ARE.

Aside from the position mentioned above , we are also seeking a qualified individual-cleaner for the Daytona area.

The position is Tuesday through Saturday 5:00pm to 9:00 pm. This position pays hourly. The requirements for the position are the same as the other open positions. This is a great opportunity that can help you earn extra income,if you have a day-time job. This position does require you to have your own transportation and is at a set location here in Daytona.

Requirements:

pass FDLE background check (criminal background check)

have a valid drivers license with a clean record

excellent communication skills

open to constructive criticism

positive attitude

dependable and trustworthy

available on weekends during mid-day and afternoon

Pluses:

previous commercial cleaning experience

Spanish speaker

Requisitos:

tener una licencia de conducir válida con un historial limpio

excelentes habilidades de comunicación
