Sun: 9:00am-12:00pm / 12:00pm-3:00pm

Mon: 11:00pm-3:30am / 3:00pm-7:30am

Tues: 11:00pm-3:30am / 3:00pm-7:30am

Fri: 3:00pm-7:30pm / 7:00pm-11:30pm

Sat: 3:00pm-7:30pm / 7:00pm-11:30pm

Job description/duties:

- Walk building premises

- Write daily report

- Some janitorial duties

- lift/carry 40 pounds

- Observe, report and document, occurrences, activities and irregularities

- knowledgeable and timely customer service when responding to owners, tenants and guests

- Good communication skills

- Understand and effectively follow verbal and written instructions

- Perform other duties as assigned

Required Education/Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Must pass drug test and criminal background check
