Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area with annual revenues of $50M and above
Provides technical, administrative, and operational management to assigned projects or task(s), including contract and subcontractor management
Participates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, schedules and task order and administrative reporting
May perform high level technical services on assigned task(s)
Advise and engage the client on key operational and strategic priorities, track, and support. Completion of high-quality deliverables and assist with team management tasks. Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload
Responsible for all reporting (such as SLAs, financial reporting, personnel), initiate onboarding, offboarding process, and supervision of contractor personnel.
Manages risk tracking process
Attends customer meetings and may serve as client liaison
Interacts with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff and stakeholders
Coordinates development of deliverables and product
Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables
Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned
Requirements:
Three plus years’ experience in this role and certifications in, Project Management, Scrum and DevOPS frameworks. ServiceNow Micro Certifications in Performance Analytics, Project Portfolio Management, Agile, and Test Management.
A minimum of three years demonstrated experience in leading ServiceNow implementations.
Demonstrated experience in prioritizing and managing process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing data integrity, reporting capability, and process, efficiency.
B.S in relevant field and 10 plus years of project or program management experience in relevant field

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Our benefits package for all US-based employees includes a variety of medical plan options, some with Health Savings Accounts, dental plan options, a vision plan, and a 401(k) plan offering the ability to contribute both pre and post-tax dollars up to the IRS annual limits and receive a company match.
