Subcontractor - Maintenance Technician

Looking to add 2 more subcontractors for regular part time maintenance work

What You'll Do:

Fix Floors: Make small repairs to keep floors in good condition.

Clean Dryers: Do thorough cleanings every 3months to prevent lint buildup and good upkeep of the appliance.

Hang Items: Install shelves and other items securely on metal walls.

Basic Plumbing: Fix minor leaks, adjust water pressure, install osmosis filters, repair toilets and flush water heaters.

Adjust Doors: Fix and align commercial metal doors as well as door closers

Qualifications:

Experience in maintenance or similar work recommended but not required

Skills in plumbing, carpentry, and working with metal walls.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Own tools

Pay:

Competitive hourly, and mileage

Company will supply materials for repairs but do not provide equipment
