Office admin-customer service position
Vetel Diagnostics, a local technology company serving the veterinary medical market, is looking for a new team member to assist in our San Luis Obispo offices. Ideal candidate would have excellent customer service, communication and organization skills.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Great phone demeanor, communication skills and professionalism. Ability to communicate clearly, listen thoroughly and respond quickly. Must be able to work independently. Must be somewhat technology savvy.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a representative list of the general duties the position may be asked to perform and is not intended to be all-inclusive.
Answer Phones – Triage incoming calls and assist customers
Basic customer support
Schedule and manage tech department appointments
Communicate with customers regarding case/sale status
Vendor communication- ordering, follow up, RMA
Assist with general office work including office filing and documentation
Assist with Customer service activities including customer email correspondence, updates, order fulfillment, Shipping and Receiving.
Assist with/create preparation of Sales Quotes, RMA, invoices, shipping labels
Data Entry and customer contact info management
Experience with microsoft office, Google Drive
