- Perform manicures and pedicures following company protocols and standards.

- Provide nail extension services including acrylics, gels, and nail art.

- Offer additional services such as hand and foot treatments.

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

- Upsell retail products related to nail care.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area.

- Stay updated on current nail trends and techniques.

Skills:

- Proficiency in retail sales related to nail care products.

- Strong communication skills to interact with clients effectively.

- Knowledge of retail math for transactions and inventory management.

- Experience with hair extensions or hair styling is a plus.

- Ability to upsell services such as eyelash extensions or body waxing.

- Certification in cosmetology is preferred.

- Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
