Job Summary The Junior Account Manager has a front-row seat to our ever-evolving working relationships with clients, as well as to our work and our creative process. This role is responsible for all day-to-day administrative, clerical, and scheduling-related tasks for client service management. The Junior Account Manager provides valuable and much-needed support to the account managers, project managers and to our clients throughout the lifespan of each project. Humanaut is a project-based agency, which means we often have many lengthy, complex, diverse and multi-faceted projects being worked on at once. The Junior Account Manager must be able to multitask and switch gears to work on multiple projects in one day / several projects in one week. This role is often client-facing; their function is to ensure all internal and external communication and coordination is recorded, accurate, timely and organized. The Junior Account Manager must maintain a solid level of awareness of our clients’ products, services, and brand materials and must be detail-oriented, clear and professional in their internal and external communication. This role reports directly to the account management team and the project managers assigned to each project.Must live in a somewhat near proximity to Chattanooga, TN or be willing to relocate. Responsibilities and Duties:
Monitor and manage the calendar and schedule client meetings, presentations, and check-ins for the accounts team
Attends client presentations and internal meetings and can take concise/actionable notes and distribute to the internal team as needed
General support for the Accounts team
Assist with new business, client and category research, deck building, prooing
Setting up client profiles in our internal system and assisting with gathering client assets and information and responsible for the organization of those assets in Google Drive and in Slack
Troubleshoot any requests from any department wherever assistance is needed
Qualifications and Skills:
1-3 years of agency experience in an account coordination, project management, or similar role in an advertising, marketing, branding or production agency setting ( Required )
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized, has a keen attention to detail, a sense of urgency, excellent prooing skills
Ability to handle multiple projects & assignments simultaneously
Working knowledge of the following programs is huge plus: Google Workplace (Gmail, Google Slides, Spreadsheets, Docs, Meet), Zoom, Slack, Dropbox, Monday.com
