Job Responsibilities:The Commercial Lines Sales Leader is responsible for meeting overall growth and profitability targets for Commercial Lines in their region in concert with the sales objectives of the corporation. The role of Commercial Lines Sales Leader Sales Leader is to create a strong engaging sales environment for all employees. They will be responsible for coaching and support of the team in their region through strong leadership and communication skills. The candidate should possess the following:

A passion for sales.

Ability to effectively coach and mentor.

An understanding of sales processes across all product lines.

Strong organizational skills.

Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

A minimum of 3 years industry experience

Additional responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:

Working knowledge of CRM/CRM utilization

Assist with planning and setting producer goals

Plan and facilitate regular sales meetings and/or calls

Producer coaching and mentoring

Client Relations

Community Involvement

Assist and support sales in offices

Limited travel

Communicate with CSO as required

Give appropriate recognition and reward

Encourage and monitor producer sales development

Assist with staffing for production roles in the respective territory

Responsible for sales in all retail offices

Hold regular sales meetings
