Work with clients across multiple market channels (Banks, RIA, Independents, Wires, etc) and geographies

Identify and connect with prospective investors either directly or indirectly via the Janus Henderson distribution/Home Office teams

Represent all Janus Henderson ETPs as an expert in structure, design and underlying strategy

Work closely with the Internal Sales Directors in the Advisor Solutions Group (ASG) to ensure accurate business planning and opportunity targeting for ETP opportunities

Educate clients with respect to the strategies driving Janus Henderson ETP returns and how these strategies fit within a portfolio framework

Serve clients in an advisory capacity for JHI's ETPs, functioning as a consultant and leader with a vision to make valuable contributions within a risk-adjusted framework

Play a central role in presenting the Janus Henderson ETP business to clients and partners

Help create new and update existing client-facing ETP-related content

Must have skills

3+ years of client facing sales and/or product specialist experience

Bachelor’s degree required

Series 7 and Series 63 is required. Other securities licenses may be required during the normal course of employment

Nice to have skills

An advanced degree (MBA) or professional designation (CFA) is preferred, but not required

Compensation information

The base salary range for this position is $85,000-100,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This role will remain open through August 23, 2024.

Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
