Full-time Maintenance Position in Nashua NH

We are a local Property Management Company. We own our properties, and we manage and maintain them as well. We are located in Nashua, New Hampshire. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our maintenance team. This individual must be self-motivated, can follow directions, and work well with others. Position is M-F 7:00am-3:30pm with potential for overtime. Rotating on-call responsibility for emergencies during off-hours (nights and weekends) is required.

Must have a vehicle and a valid drivers license. Must be able to lift up to 75lbs. This position is physically demanding and requires a lot of lifting, climbing, bending, kneeling, squatting, etc.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Overall building upkeep and repairs

- Some experience in the building trades is required

- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.

- Landscaping

- Snow removal

- Cleaning

We are a full-service management company and do 90% of our maintenance in house.

Pay is negotiable and based on experience.
