Job Duties:

Offer basic technical support for drivers experiencing issues arriving at location.

Proactively identify and resolve issues reported by drivers during their shifts.

Maintain clear and professional communication with drivers.

Ensure smooth handover of responsibilities between shifts.

Forward customer complaints from drivers to the proper channels.

Stay updated on local traffic conditions, events, and other factors that may impact operations.

Provide remote support to drivers during events, helping with navigation, customer issues, or any real-time adjustments needed.
