Full Time Maintenance Tech Monday - Friday

Seeking a full time Maintenance/Grounds Porter in Williston! This position is Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm. Duties include emptying exterior trash and recycling receptacles, use of backpack blower to clean pedways/curbs/sidewalks, use of pressure washer, picking up miscellaneous trash and debri to keep property clean, and miscellaneous light maintenance duties as tasked daily. Examples are replacing light bulbs and ceiling tiles, repairing leaky sinks/toilets, unclogging drains or toilets with a drain snake or plunger, etc. Use of ladders, backpack leaf blowers, pressure washers and other miscellaneous equipment.
