Skilled Construction Worker

We are seeking to hire for the following positions:

 Handyman with general knowledge and experience to tackle a variety of home-fix-it projects.

 Carpenter with experience building or repairing decks, fences, interior carpentry and cabinetry.

 Roofing specialist with experience to perform roofing repairs; attic insulation and baffle work; soffit and eave

repairs. Ability to haul and move roofing materials and ladders.

With knowledge of the general construction principals and safety to join our team. Veterans and disabled veterans are welcome to apply.

Skills and assets that we are looking for in an ideal applicant:

 Minimum of 2-5 years hands on experience.

 Have knowledge of safety and preparedness procedures.

 Experience with construction tools.

 Effective communication and organization skills.

 Initiative-taking and able to work well individually, or with a team.

 Ambitious, willing to learn new skills.

 Able to work in all weather conditions.

 Maintain a professional appearance.

Must have:

 Have a valid driver's license, a reliable work vehicle and be dependable and punctual.

 Basic tools for applicant position.

 Ladder rack a plus.
