Sales and Marketing Manager

We are a 35 year old machine shop and the owner started an additional company in 2017 that manufactures welding machines and now things are booming. We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to provide long-term support as we continue to grow. Bilingual, English/Spanish would be very helpful but not required.

Responsibilities:

- Manage outside sales team, keeping CRM current and reliable

- Provide order updates to outside sales team and customers

- Manage company marketing (ie. email newsletters, brochures and social media)

- Manage photoshop edits of company products

- Manage estimating

- Manage the coordination of freight for the shipment of company product

- Maintain organization of documents and files in company drive

- Advanced use of Google Workspace software

- Help manage the implementation of inventory control

- Help maintain calendar of company events

- Assist with other company needs as needed

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing

- Schedule is 7am - 4pm, 1 hour lunch, in office

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Highly organized and detail oriented

- Must be dependable

- Outstanding leadership skills

- Be a team player
