PART TIME Legal Clerk/Office Clerk

We are currently looking to hire a part time legal assistant clerk/office clerk who is dedicated and willing to learn. We are one of three locations so you will at certain times, need to be in contact with our other locations. We’re located in Linda Vista specifically, while the other 2 locations are LA/OC. No previous experience is required but it is a plus as well as being bilingual, Vietnamese and/or Spanish preferred. Starting pay is $17-$20/hour D.O.E.
Job Duties:
1. Processing claims
2. E-Filing
3. Organizing
4. Preparing/drafting
5. General office duties
6. Research
Qualifications we are looking for:
1. Self-starter
2. Microsoft Office knowledge
3. Team player
4. Strong attention to detail
5. Court runs/filing
6. Outside the box thinker
