Description We are in search of a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role involves handling a variety of tasks including scanning documents, organizing files, and entering data into the system in a professional environment. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Efficiently sort boxes of paperwork and maintain a well-organized filing system Digitize documents through scanning and ensure they are correctly stored Accurately enter data into the system, ensuring the integrity of information Handle customer service tasks and correspondence via email Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data management and correspondence Perform calculations as needed for data entry tasks Use 10-key skills to enter data with speed and precision Regularly review and update customer records in the system Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions based on account activity Requirements Proficiency in data entry tasks is a must. Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word effectively. Excellent customer service skills are required. Experience in organizing files is necessary. Must have typing skills for efficient data input. Ability to perform calculations accurately. Skilled in scanning documents. Proficiency in email correspondence. Must have 10 Key Skills for numerical data entry.
